Spacious bungalow that was very comfortable for five people. Swimming pool area was lovely.
Personally it was in a very busy location we were lucky that our bungalow was set further back as those near the road would have been very noisy as lots of bars and restaurants.

The property is very centrally located and is spotlessly clean, both the external areas and the rooms. Staff all so helpful and friendly. Room cleaned every day and clean towels every day. Shampoo, conditioner, soap etc in bathroom and kitchen had dish cloths, washing up liquid etc. We had a studio which was compact but functional. The pictures on here are good representations of the hotel. Lovely pool area 1.9m deep but has a separate shallow area. Life guard on duty until 6pm. Would stay again.
No air conditioning in room but it can be rented locally for €60 per week and reception were very helpful sorting it out for us. View from our apartment was of a vacant lot but that isn't the properties fault.

Loved the property grounds, well kept gardens, lovely and abundant breakfast, and clean pool. Daily housekeeping was a plus! Comfortable beds, good A/C, and ceiling fans (for those who don’t like A/C). Wonderful, responsive service. Our bungalow was wonderful with a master bedroom for us and 2 twinned bedrooms for our 4 kids. Loved that there were hanging racks for wet bathing suits/clothes used during the day. Short walking distance to the beach and a great selection of restaurants. The area is quite touristy, so if you’re looking for true canary surroundings you’re probably in the wrong area…
The only thing was when we arrived there was no shampoo or soap (while there was dish soap and sponges- which was nice). The lovely management team fixed this quickly (same day). Reason is that some of the bungalows are owned and managed by the management company whilst others are not. Our 3 bedroom bungalow was not…

The location was great, the staff was great
When I got home from dinner on the last night, we got home to see alot of spiders crawling in the bathroom, and in the bed when we lifted the cushions to get into bed...
