Staff were friendly and can converse in English clearly. Family room size is good.

A little dated.

The hotel is strange because the reception is surprisingly clean and luxurious, but as for the room, it is neither good nor luxurious, and they do not change the mattress no matter what you ask for. Also, the reception service is bad and they treat you very rudely, especially the employee, Jay. Also, the hotel is on the street, so you cannot sleep because of the noise of the cars. I recommend staying in the Patong area. Instead of downtown because there is nothing in the city center worth staying around

Everything is not worth the experience

Location is very near the old city but not exactly inside the crowded area. There are a few decent local food places around the area.

Very long queue at check-in (longest queue we’ve ever had). Upon check-in, we got a very smelly room (like something rotten) so we asked to move, and we were given replacement rooms which were unfortunately on the lower floor. Variety of b’fast buffet can be improved.

We arrived there earlier than the check in time and staff were super helpful giving us a room before our time. Facilities are incredible, super close to center, clean, comfortable and amazing breakfast with variety of food choices. Bed was super comfortable and spotless clean. Amazing views from our window. Honestly I would stay again there if I ever went back to Phuket.

The location is nice u can walk to old town 3 min, and there is pharmacy and wed shop nearby.

I realy didn’t like the billow and to high, it’s not comfortable and the room was small

Proximity to Phuket Town.

It was just bad timing that there was lift repairs going on during our stay.

Lovely pool and fantastic staff! The beds were the comfiest beds I think I will ever sleep in.

Some parts of the hotel needed major love. Patches of paint gone in the bedrooms, holes in the ceiling and leaking.

Very spacious rooms, awesome breakfast right in the old Center of Phuket town. Staff very kind, Unfortunately the Pool Bar closed pretty early but thats okay there are many Other options to Go to. Great Smith Machine in the Gym! Fast Check in & Check Out - all in all pretty nice Hotel!

Very attentive staff, nice pool, rooms have a good size. breakfast was amazing- everything freshly made! Gluten-free selection could be a little bit more diverse but honestly, there are enough naturally gluten free options

Excellent location and good size rooms. Very friendly staff. New facilities that were recently renovated. Free parking and good sized gym facilities.

Breakfast selection is very limited for Muslim guests - no halal labelled section and too many pork dishes mixed with the other options. I would recommend a separate table for all halal options.

The Courtyard by Marriott hotel was the best hotel I stayed in, in Thailand. The breakfast had lots of options, the room was big with amazing views, a small working table and spacious bathroom. The staff was super helpful and friendly

The bar closes at 10pm which is quite early for someone staying in the hotel.
