The staff were extremely welcoming and upgraged our room without us asking. They thoughtfully also put us on the top floor away from two coach loads of visitors so that we had a quiet room. Restaurant was excellent, the lounge area was very interesting. Breakfast was really good. Beds were very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is great and offers a wide selection. The rooms are comfortable and the balcony with lake view is great. The lake is only a 3 minute walk away, great for watching the sunset.
