Hotellin omistaja hyvin ystävällinen, perheyritys. Buffet- tai tilaus aamiainen saatavilla. Aamiainen ok, vähän vaihtelua toki buffetaamiaisessa saisi olla. Siisti huoneisto tien puolella meri-näkymä rakennusten välistä. Parvekkeen ovi piti hyvin kadulta tulevat äänet ulkopuolella. Pieni mutta riittävä allasalue tontin takaosassa missä oli aurinkotuoleja ja allasbaari. Hotellin pihassa muutamia ilmaisia autopaikkoja majoittuvien vuokra-autoille. Hyvä ravintola ala-kerrassa. Saimme myös late check-outin huoneeseen ilman lisäkuluja koska lento lähti vasta illalla. Jääkaappi ja pakastinlokero löytyi huoneesta, Myös muutamia astiota, riitti hyvin kahdelle hengelle.
Huoneen parvekkeen vieressä nousee ravintolan puu-uunin piippu josta leijaili joka ilta paljon mustaa tuhkaa parvekkeelle. Parvekkeen jouduimme joka aamu harjaamaan puhtaaksi ja varomaan ettei tuhkaa menisi vaatteisiin tai kuivumassa oleviin paitoihin ja pyyhkeisiin, silti tuhkaa meni muutamaan ei enää niin valkoiseen paitaan kun istuimme parvekkeella iltaisin. Joten kannattaa pitää kalliimmat vaattteet poissa parvekkeelta. Onneksi harja löytyi ulko-oven takaa käytävästä. Pesuhuoneen suihkun kaivo veti huonosti vettä.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. Close to many shops, cafes beach bars and places to eat. The hotel garden restaurant was excellent! Great food in awesome atmosphere! Last but not least- the owner greeted every guest and makes sure everyone feels welcome!
Limited parking space (although the announcement states Free parking-No reservation needed, when we arrived there was no parking spot available, thankfully some alternative space was allocated to us).
For those who like early morning starts, breakfast seems late (8.15/8.30)

Beds were comfortable & apartments were clean & the staff were very friendly.
Although near some bars it was a 5-10 minute walk from the main strip of bars etc meaning it was quiet at night time,the on site Resturant is one of the best in Stalis,along with Socrates a 5 minutes walk away.

Location is at the right place in Malia, 2 minutes walk from everything. The value for money is great considering the pool availability and nice restaurant out front.
The beds r uncomfortable and kitchen is bare.
