This room was perfect for our stay in Paris. It was conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. There were plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, and a grocery store just around the corner. The room was small but well laid out and served its purpose perfectly. It was very clean, and we especially enjoyed opening the windows. While the view isn’t anything extraordinary, looking out over the trees was peaceful, and being on the top floor allowed us to leave the windows open at night. We also appreciated that the building had an elevator and was located on a quiet street.
We didn’t have any significant issues during our stay. The apartment met our expectations and was exactly what we needed for our time in Paris.

It’s a good location, close to Place d’Italie station. Good cleaning staff. Maintained our room clean. AC works perfectly.
Water kept leaking from the ceiling. We reported, not fixed. It’s on top of toilet seat, so you get water dripping on your head while you sit on the toilet. That wasn’t good. The room is small for 2 luggage which you have to expect in Paris.
