It was a bit far from the main city's attractions, but conveniently located near metro stations and bus stops. Quiet location. Groceries, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. Loved having a kitchenette in the room to prepare quick meals.

It was a very pleasant accommodation. The location was good (close to public transport). Very clean, excellent beds, and the staff always helped with a big smile.

Nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante, principalmente por la actitud de una persona del personal. Teníamos el desayuno incluido y el primer día nos informaron claramente de que el horario era de 6:00 a 10:00. Al día siguiente, estando allí a las 6:15, nos dijeron que no, que empezaba a las 6:30.
Más allá de la contradicción, lo que realmente nos sorprendió fue la forma y el mal humor con el que se nos atendió. Si el horario había cambiado, lo lógico habría sido informarlo correctamente, en lugar de hacer sentir al huésped que estaba molestando.
Es una pena, porque probablemente se trate de una situación puntual y no de todo el personal, pero una mala actitud puede cambiar por completo la percepción de una estancia. Esperábamos mucho más en cuanto a atención y trato al cliente.
