Lovely grounds, food was great bedroom was clean. Staff were nice.

The pillows were not comfortable and the carpet was stained. Our room was also not ready at the check-in time but we were offered a free drink in the bar while we waited which was a nice gesture. The hotel look’s tired on the inside.

We absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The beautiful surroundings, the atmosphere, the comfort, the lovely staff and the overall experience were wonderful. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and even more special as it was our first little trip away with our baby. ❤️

The only thing we would have preferred was to have a bath in the room, especially when travelling with a baby. Other than that, we honestly couldn’t fault our stay.

The staff are simply wonderful.

Unclear that there was no air conditioning, even in the new spaces. Unclear that the family suite was entirely separate from the nicer part of the main hotel.
