We had a room we did not like, withing half an hour we was in a room with a four poster bed. Tv would not come on, we did not care we had laptops a decent wifi signal. Staff nice and friendy, very relaxed stay,

Location
Room had very musty odour.
Woman on desk on arrival was not very helpful. Basically stated my room was not ready and she had no idea when it was going to be and I had reservations and had to get ready in a friend's room, which impacted their stay.
