We stayed at this hotel for one night with our dog and had a wonderful experience.
The location is peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful views of Lake Terlago and the surrounding landscape. The lake is within walking distance, offering the opportunity for lovely walks and enjoying nature right from the hotel.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We particularly appreciated the excellent selection of gluten-free products.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank the gentleman at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
The hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of dishes and something to suit every taste.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a beautiful and quiet location. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near Lake Terlago.

Location, Building.
The main problem and the reason for the low rating was the food, the restaurant connected to the hotel and breakfast were very poor. No food in the buffet style breakfast, very poor and expensive food at restaurant. Greeting staff was nice but serving staff were poor. It's a good location but it's needs to sort out the food.
