Central Location. Courtesy and helpfulness of reception staff. Cleanliness of room which was serviced every day. Especially the ambiance in the bar/restaurant

Located very close to the old town and lots of the city sights. The rooms were very comfortable with heating and cooling and very spacious.
It would have been handy to have a be a shelf or something else to place the soap on shampoo on in the shower recess.

The hotel was clean and bright. Located down a small alley it was very close to a number of very good and inexpensive restaurants. It is very near the centre of Santander and the cathedral.
I would have liked a breakfast option as the hotel had a cafe nearby.

It's right in the center and has everything needed arround. The bus station is also 10min away. They gave us an iron and they cleaned the room even if we were there for 2 days.
Don't eat at their restaurant as the food is not good even if you have 10% discount. Also there is no fridge in the room
