The room was HUGE, with both a single and double bed. Bathroom (with a bathtub!) was large and everything was very clean. The location was great, situated in the middle of the shopping/restaurant zone. Originally we had to park about a block away, but as the evening approached we were able to move the car to right in front of hotel.
There really wasn't a reception area - we just spoke to the guys working in the pub downstairs. Also, stairs were a drag, but we came to find out, it was typical to have rooms a couple of floors up (no elevators in B&Bs). Pros clearly outweighed the cons at this delightful 'inn'.

Location is perfect - in town and walkable to everything.
The room was not as clean as I would prefer. The sheets were stained, one of the pillowcases contained something crumbly on it, the floors and the tub had quite a bit of hair on them, and it was hot without any air conditioning.
