Location. Convenience. We have stayed multiple times as we visit Sydney to see family.

When we arrived we walked down the hall and were greeted with a cat outside our room. I am alergic to cats. The fridge never turned off and was very noisy. I think the thermostat has had it. The owners could save on power. We have stayed multiple times and would love to have a room with a window that opens. The noise from the bathroom exhaust, the extractor fan near the door and the fridge are nearly unbearable. I turned the airconditioning on and immediately turned it off. It is like living in a machine room. All of these noises never turns off. We have tried many rooms to find one that is quiet. So far no luck. Some far worse than others. We will keep booking in because it is the best place for us to stay when we come to Sydney for convenience. The owners need to fix quite a lot of stuff. One shampoo and conditioner for 2 people for 3 night is not enough. Bathroom grout needs to be cleaned, towels need updating and the doona is so stained and discoloured that it makes you feel unclean. One made of cotton would be good from a washing point of view. Furniture is old and shabby. I can live with that. Just some repairs would be good and some way of turning all the machines off to get a quiet night's sleep. Please make it possible to open a window. Please fix the shower screen. It is dangerous for older people. Please, Please sweep the garage. Even a pressue clean. That has been like that since it stopped being a 5 star hotel.
