Excellent hotel with stunning views!
The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the amenities were a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, playroom, sauna, and swimming pool.
The location is very good, just a 15 minute walk from the city centre. I would happily visit again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Renaca that want to relax and enjoy of privileged views.

The view from our apartment on the top floor was amazing - looking out on sea lions on the rock & dolphins swimming past. We also enjoyed using the hot tub, pool & games room.
Staff were very helpful.
Whilst a good location for the view & beach, getting into Viña or Valparaiso took a while as the buses weren't that frequent (although it was Easter weekend).

The hotel is in the beach front, good towels and well equipped
A bit old for the money they charge, no tea or coffee on the room but you can buy your own one in the reception in a vending machine? The cot they provided for our baby was broken, the receptionist was argumentative rater than helpfully
