Everything was great. The hotel was clean, the staff were nice. The entertainment team were brilliant and the lifeguard was also super nice. Our son loved him! The main pool with the slide was fun as well as the kids' pool and the playground. Our 3 year old loved both pools. Beach was also fun! The drink machines were conveniently located. The hotel is in a great location There is a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away with other tourist shops. The bus stop to Rhodes centre/old town is right outisde the hotel and comes every 20 minutes. The bus took 30 minutes. There is also a fun train super close that takes you all around Faliraki for 45 minutes thats nice to do. The hotel is also only about 20 minutes to the airport. Overall, I would recommened!
The cereal and the baked goods at breakfast - they were really low quality. The cereal was really not nice.

The animation staff is rude and selecting people according to their countries. No lively animation activities.

Deluxe room nicely renovated and modern, nice hotel lobby.
Very clean.
Bus stop to Rhodes Town in front of hotel, very convinient.
We liked the coffee 😊
Food very mid, we only liked the breakfast and fruits.
Didn't like the grass in the middle of the pool areas.
Dining/breakfast areas very outdated.
Some of the staff not that helpful.
Mostly German tourists staying here
