Wonderful staff, pleasant and helpful. All inclusive food and drinks was very good. The ice cream and crepe bar was fabulous 👌.
There's a bust stop just outside the resort to take you into the Old Town.
The resort was clean and modern, however my room was a disappointment. The mini bar wasn't refilled when we checked in - there was a half opened bottled left in the mini bar, and water bottles were missing. The espresso machine didn't work. The toilet cistern was constantly running.
The bed was awful. They had added a topper mattress as the bed had obviously sunk in. I had a bad back ache every morning.

The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Everywhere was clean and there was everything we needed within the resort. It is just a few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The onsite restaurants were great and have a feeling of eating out to offer a change from the buffet. Entertainment was great.

On arrival we were greeted and informed that they already pre-booked restaurants for us. I didn't really appreciate this as I would prefer to choose myself, timings provided were too early for us. We booked a room with a shared pool and these rooms are on completly other side of all facilities, you reach them by walking through a dark corridor. There is no privacy. We had to keep our curtins closed all the time, and room was very dark. Room had a strange smell and old stains on the bed frame and mirror. Air conditioning was terrible, always too cold. We had to ask for extra blankets. Without it, it was just to stuffy in the room. There was basically no service at the shared pool area, so we had to keep walking to the other side of the hotel for refreshments. Food at the main restaurant was terrible, and there were queues constantly. There was also no activities organised during the day and for teens nothing was offered at all. We didn't use main pools, but it always looked busy around it. The beach was not that nice either, the sunbeds were free but dirty and with dirty ashtrays attached. Also only cold showers were available at the beach. On the last day staff didn't help us with our luggage although our area was far from the entrance and a lot of stairs. Also when we asked to check the AC, somebody came who couldn't help and then nothing more happened. We were also woken up several times by neighbours coming home from parties in the late hours. All together really not a good experience in this hotel, specially for the price.
