The room was cosy and exactly as the website. The staff at reception really welcoming and going above and beyong. Thank you for making the surprise birthday decorations x
The door for shower was broken,so made really loud sounds when opening, could see screws coming off.
The bathroom corners were not cleaning properly and the toilet floor.

one of the best experiences we've had, from the check in to the check out. the staff was so friendly and helpful, and helped us with an early check in. the rooms were beautiful and very clean. the pool area is amazing, the food is so good at the breakfast and also lunch by the pool was so good. we had an amazing experience, a great start to our vacation. the jaccuzi in the room was a great bonus, the water was hot and everything was very clean. 10/10 i really really recommend, a 5 star experience in a very cute and beautiful boutique hotel.
