The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well presented. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to help. The pool is lovely, clean and offers plenty of space to relax.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the live music was a lovely touch. The evening bar was another highlight, with beautifully presented cocktails and live music creating a great atmosphere.
The location is quiet and peaceful, around a 10-minute walk from the busier areas, making it a good choice if you prefer to avoid noise. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a fair price, which I recommend booking in advance. There is a bus stop right outside for easy access to Rhodes Town.
We stayed in the Junior Suite with Private Pool and, unfortunately, the room did not fully meet the standards we expected from a 4-star "exclusive hotel".
The design of the room felt outdated compared with the rest of the property, and there were several areas that could be improved: poor ventilation in the toilet and shower, old moldy silicon, limited privacy due to the glass toilet door, and an old, uncomfortable mattresses with only two pillows for a double bed. The curtains were also too long and visibly dirty at the bottom.
A few practical details could also be improved. Despite having the DND sign on, staff came early in the morning to clean the private pool, waking us up on two occasions. The entrance to our room was also not cleaned during our four-day stay and accumulated a lot of sand.
The biggest disappointment was the hotel restaurant. The prices and concept suggest a high-end dining experience, but the food felt quite basic and the service did not match the positioning. The restaurant is staffed by the same team serving breakfast and the pool bar. While the hotel staff were excellent and very friendly, fine dining requires a different level of specialised service and expertise to match the restaurant’s high prices and positioning.
- 45 minutes wait time for a dish is exaggerated, 45 minutes without any staff coming to check if everything is ok is even worse, dealing with a complaint with "sorry" is slap in the face when you charge so much, seeing us walking by several times a day (the resturant is next to the breakfast and pool) and never asking to clear it up and offer a compensation is the defenition of pretentious and not understanding what fine dining means.

Overall, there is a lot of potential, but addressing these details would make the experience much more consistent with the hotel’s 4-star positioning.

First of all, what a wonderful scenery you have builded. That reception area should get a design reward. As soon as you entered you feel like in heaven on earth. Having multiple different types of rooms with souls makes you feel that this place is tailor made in every inch of it. The restaurant offers one of the best food in Rhodes. Special thanks to George he gave us a free upgrade, find us a quad, and take care of every single need we had. Hope to see you soon!!
