I love this hotel. Perfect position. Quiet. immaculately clean. Amazing spa. Beautiful pool. Right besides the river.
Stayed here 5 times and wouldn't stay anywhere else
My 1 thing .. which isn't really a dislike.
There is one man on reception who is quite rude and not very helpful.

Having come here for years, sadly the issues guests have previously stated have not been addressed: BREAKFAST - there was (for a while) an egg station last year. This was not there and only fruit on one day. SWIMMING POOL (small one). I was sad to see the small pool and children’s pool growing green mould especially around the steps coming out of the pool which is a health hazard and I saw no pool attendants the whole time. Sun bed covers were dusty, dirty and the railing coming out of the pool was covered in weeks of suntan oil/cream stains HOTEL GARDENS. This is a prime location and the grounds to one side of the hotel are essentially a dumping ground where people walk past every day, and should be developed or simply sold off. The gardens overlooking the rivers are also overgrown and not watered This is such a shame as the rooms are clean and lovely
