We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again next year!
The view is absolutely amazing, and the location is one of the best things about the hotel. The food was very good, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfy, which made our stay even more relaxing.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Ms. Ecaterina from Guest Relations, who was incredibly nice, polite, and attentive. She was always making sure that everyone was happy and enjoying their stay.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return next year! ❤️
Everything. Was amazing

The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing location with stunning views. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
The main issue was the lack of variety in the food. During our three-night stay, the meals were almost the same every day. Also, the hotel seemed understaffed for the number of guests. The staff were working very hard and were always doing their best, but there simply weren’t enough employees to properly serve such a large number of guests.

Food was good and drink service fine. Nice swimming pools and loungers very comfortable.
The rooms are very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment and carpet in hallway to rooms was very threadbare so could never feel clean. The communal areas such as reception bar and restaurants have been modernised so much better. On last night hotel lost all power as generators had caught fire and fire brigade and police called. So it would seem other infrastructure needs to be modernised.
