What we liked the most was the cleanliness — everything was exceptionally well maintained, the towels were changed every day, and the bed linen every 2–3 days. I also loved the proximity to Kathara Beach — you just cross the street, walk through the beach bar, and you’re there. Breakfast was also fine.
What I didn’t like was the distance from the centre — it’s a 15 to 20-minute walk, and the bus connections are not very convenient. However, the area itself is beautiful, with its own beach and lovely tavernas. It is definitely a nice choice if you are looking for a quieter place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

We loved our stay at Alexander Studios. The staff were brilliant, from meeting us at our later arrival time, to serving breakfast every day, helping with taxis, letting us hang around after check out time before our flight, and being so friendly asking about the wedding we were in Rhodes to attend, they couldn’t have been more attentive. The location is great, a beach 1 min walk away and some great restaurants seconds away also. There’s two shops next door, and it is a short walk into Faliraki town center. The main pool is brilliant, as our the private pools. We would really recommend staying here.

Basic breakfast, good coffe, short way to beach.
The most awfull bed: the old and hard matress over literally the wood boards. NO SLEEP. Slippery shower.
