Personál byl velmi vstřícný, dostali jsme zdarma upgrade na lepší pokoj s výhledem na moře, i když jsme zaplatili jen výhled do zahrady. V pokoji bylo jako pozornost šampaňské.
Jídlo bylo vynikající, vždy jsme si vybrali a i chuťově super. I odpolední snack je ok, hranolky, řízečky a buchta.
Dali nám bez problémů dva klíče k pokoji, jak jsme chtěli.
Dali nám all inclusive náramky hned při příjezdu (11 h dopoledne) a nechali nám je až do večerního odjezdu i po odhlášení z pokoje.
Na pokojích jsou zdarma osušky k bazénu, je možné je vrátit až po check-outu.
Wi-fi je dostačující, manžel tam měl i dva dny home office.
Jediné, co nám vadilo, že večerní zábava byla přímo pod okny pokoje a bylo to velmi hlasité. Většinou končili kolem 23 h, jen jeden večer tam hosté byli hlasití i kolem 24 h. Nicméně naše děti chodí spát dříve a byl to problém.

Non posso dire nulla di negativo per Hotel Cathrina perché ci siamo trovati veramente tanto bene.
