Great value for money! The pool area is fantastic with plenty of sunbeds available at all times. There is an enormous variety of food and drinks continuous throughout the day, and the pizza is absolutely delicious. The staff members are exceptionally kind and helpful, with daily housekeeping kept up well. Furthermore, on our departure day, as our flight was late in the evening (10:25 PM), the hotel kindly allowed us to stay in the lobby, stored our luggage, and offered complimentary food and drinks until we left.
We requested rooms close to each other twice, but ended up as far apart as possible. Room freshness needs improvement: the twin room had a persistent musty odor—mainly from the curtains—that remained even after days of airing, and our room smelled of cigarette smoke initially (likely left by previous guests). Cleanliness could also be stepped up, though it is clear the staff works hard to keep up with the large volume of guests.

I like that there was different pools at the hotel and could always get sunbed. Lots of food choices.
Food could be quite cold even if got to restaurant early. Towels on arrival were shabby and had holes.

Aqua park
The food in the dining hall may not appeal to everyone, as it is quite monotonous. The presence of green flies on the prepared dishes is also concerning. There is no first-aid treatment available in case of food poisoning. The Wi-Fi is nominally available, but in reality, there is simply no connection.
