Easy access to the beach, nice, looked after surroundings, interior public spaces nice and relaxing. Staff pleasant and helpful. Quite even though close to the Matala music festival.
The beds a bit too hard. Would be nice to have tea/ coffee service in your room. A hairdryer is standard in most hotels now and would have been nice. Lack of sun beds so arrived at 3.00 and all beds taken or with towels on them.

This is a great location only a few minutes walk to the beach and town area and has free parking available. We booked a twin room and were upgraded at no cost to a family room with a double and 2 twin beds. The buffet breakfast is outstanding with an extensive variety and includes freshly cooked fried eggs. The staff were efficient and friendly.
The beds are firm and I found the mattress too hard.

The hotel had a good location in Matala, close to the main beach and shops and restaurants.
The rooms were in very ordinary condition, leaking air con unit, a shower hose with no fixture to hang it, generally very tired in appearance and function. The staff struggled a bit with English and the tour desk guy only spoke French.
