Golf Royal Hotel

Review Title: Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Warmth and Service! We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Golf Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. They served us a delicious welcome drink upon arrival, which was such a refreshing and lovely touch. A very special thank you to Mr. Hichem, who went above and beyond for us. He was exceptionally warm-hearted, friendly, and eager to help. He made sure we easily connected to the Wi-Fi and gave us so many great local recommendations during our stay. The hotel facilities are great—having access to the gym was wonderful for keeping up with our wellness routine. The breakfast deserves a special mention! It was absolutely delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of healthy, high-quality options. The breakfast staff were remarkably attentive, hardworking, and super nice every single morning. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend the Royal Golf Hotel to anyone visiting! We would love to come back again.

Very spacious room, well equipped, the personnel was very kind, always someone available, breakfast had many options and everything was well prepared, also the staff in the buffet very kind and always smiling.

The pillow cases and towels had a weird smell, they were not dirty, so probably had something to do with the detergent they use. The location of the hotel also was a little bit unwelcoming, although there are always police guards outside.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location is safe and great.

Room has poor sound insulation. We were given one near the elevator so we could hear people passing by, staff discussions and other guests talking. We could literally hear the water on the neighbouring room and the kids playing outside in the street. There's also the Breakfast that's a bit disappointing. Hot water dispenser was a struggle for me to pour water. Everytime I had to be helped by a staff or my mother which is frustrating. The cake and pancake were meh and fruits weren't properly checked because I ended up picking one that was a bit rotten.
