Very comfortable, clean. Receptive and friendly staff. The sanitary equipment and heating system in the room working fine.
A bit noisy as on the first floor there was a party until midnight.

breakfast was great and available at good hours; balconies at each floor! spacious room! quiet neighbourhood; friendly and helpful staff
in one room was a smell from the pipes; after 22 you cannot use the bar services; location quite far from centre or train station;
