Cred ca are cea mai buna locatie. Foarte aproape de Palatul Culturii, Palas, zona pietonala, Mitropolie. Arata foarte bine, curat, mic dejun foarte bun si am ajuns la check-in in jur de ora 12. Recomand oricui, pentru noi ramane prima alegere pentru cand vom mai vizita Iasiul.

The location was very nice and comfy for a walk around in the central direciton.
My arrival was very late at night, hence the night manager had no possibility of checking with the bank a payment issue which was caused by bank the bank. This was only sorted out in the morning, but a solution had to found at the time of arrival. I would have appreciated more flexibility to ensure payment in the morning, should such situations repeat.

Great position, the reception team was great and helpfull with everything, including iron, taxi, bills, everything... I only had breakfast at their restaurant and it had all fresh products, good ones.
The curtains were broken and could have been cleaner.
