Location was very good, 8 min till Porta Nigra, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff
There was no elevator and air conditioner, just 2 fans, which was quite nice, but not the same as air conditioner...

When the staff were cleaning/servicing the room, they did not clean/replace the used wine glasses and tea cups. Which let the hotel down!
