We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mistral in Balchik. The location is excellent, right on the main pedestrian promenade, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was included and offered a very good selection, making for a great start to each day. Another big advantage is the convenient parking, which is easy to access by car, although there is an additional fee of around €7 per night.
Overall, Hotel Mistral offers great value, a fantastic location, and excellent service. We would happily stay here again.
The only minor drawbacks were that some parts of the room showed signs of wear and age, and there was a slight sense of moisture in the room. However, these issues did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Front Desk staff not always present to greet or answer calls. Could be a shortstaffing issue.
