The tub in the room and also the great food in the restaurant!
The mainly Russian speaking employees. As a Bulgarian it felt offensive for the front desk and spa staff to be struggling to understand when I was speaking Bulgarian to them.

Instalatiile sanitare functioneaza cam ca in hotelurile comuniste, cel putin asa a fost in cazul nostru, in "Deluxe Studio". Pacat....

Location and personnel are nice
Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
Cleanliness could be better. The carpet was not deep cleaned, just vacuumed.
The mattress was quite old and uncomfortable.
There is a very old and noisy air conditioner you can use to heat the room. unfortunately you can’t sleep with it turned on because of the terrible noise.
Breakfast is only by cart during off-season and the options are quite poor.
