Bien en general

Tranquilidad.

Había mucha gente que no llevaba mascarilla (también el personal del hotel), y fumadores en la piscina (uno en concreto incluso llevaba su propia cachimba). La parte de limpieza también debería mejorar, y no solo por ser 4 estrellas, limpiaban las habitaciones sin mascarilla (se les veía desde la piscina) y porque no cambiaron las sábanas de la cama (5 noches de estancia, 4 estrellas) incluso habiéndola desdecho yo y dejado echas un manojo en los pies de la cama (volvieron a poner las sucias), avisé en recepción al día siguiente y ya las cambiaron.

La cena. Era poca cantidad, mala preparación y mala presentación. No había nada preparado que haya sido rico. Solo se podia comer ensalada si te la armabas tu mismo y rescatar algún queso o embutido. No recomiendo la media pensión.

Super Stay

Booked this hotel last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was fabulous. Staff on reception were so accommodating, and man behind the bar made the BEST sangrias we've had. He was excellent.

Great value 4* hotel, but benprepared to use the microwave at dinner.

Great friendly attentive staff & great location in Blanes.

Pool area is quite small so if the hotel is busy, there are no sunbeds available! The options at dinner are limited and normally not warm enough!

Clean basic hotel in the central area

We got nice little top floor suite which had a big terrace. The personnel spoke good English and were really helpful and nice. Quite near the beach, only 5 min walk.

There were some little things that they could improve. For example tea assortement at the breakfast was very low quolity (I had to buy better tea bags from a supermarket) and nobody wants to eat very overcooked boiled eggs! Please do not cook the eggs more than max 10 min (even less would be enough). There was also some problem with the car park which I had booked in advance and they had confirmed it. When we arrived first thing they said was that there wasn’t free P-places and they didn’t have any reservation from us. It wasn’t a nice start and I had to demand for the P-place. Then somehow they managed to arrange that for our car - and propably that is why we got the upgraded suite. All and all we enjoyed our 6 days holiday in Blanes. The location is near the center and beach but now there was very loud amusement park quite near which causes terrible loud noises till very late. Also the public parking area was full every day because of that amusement park. I’d recommend the hotel private parking if you travel by car.

We love the place, it was a really nice experience, the location was great, it's close to the beach and to the main area with a lot of restaurants, i would definitely stay here again.

They don't have smart TV or firestick in the rooms, just a detail, but everything was amazing

Hotel Management & reception staff, worst I have ever seen in my life. Negative people who do not care about customers or their own role & responsibilities. Don't let them ruin your day and holidays. My humble suggestion, choose a different place to stay.

good experience anyway

Big and clean room. Temperature control is perfect. Location is good, easy to reach restarants, beach, and supermarket. Staff is kind, can speak a bit english.

But the bed is not so confortable, and there is no hook in bathroom, which is inconvinient. There is only one bin in bathroom, but not in living room.

Rude staff ruined my holiday

Location was fine, hotel was clean.

Beds were uncomfortable. Had an extremely uncomfortable incident occur where a security member was called on me as I was using a toilet on the ground floor. The door to the toilet had been left wide open and so I used it. This man barged in on me and started shouting at me. I was then told it was a staff only toilet (despite not being labelled as such). Was offered no apology by staff once I offered my side of the story and complained. They seemed to think it was acceptable for this man to come in on top of me while I was using the toilet, without even a knock on the door. Extremely rude and ruined my holiday. Will definitely advise people to avoid as a result. Also notice this door was left wide open several times during the week and saw another customer making the same easy mistake. Would advise the hotel to invest a couple euro on a little sign or sticker saying “staff only”.

No towels in the pool, and 1 day no towels in the room. Cleaners very loud in the mornings.

Superb

Great location. Staff really nice and exceptionally helpful. Great breakfast and everything was kept spotless. We had a wonderful time.

The 'bar' could be livelier but not an issue in any way.

Very good

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the bus station and the supermarkets. The pool area was nice, the quiet place to chill out.
