Lovely setting and Jimmy the barman was really friendly
Pool was out of use and we were not told about it till arrival. It was so hot and a dip in the pool would have been amazing as the sea was rough and not safe to swim in.

Lots to offer - different bars, free darts, pool, football table ect
Very informative and nice bungalows
The booklet they give you upon arrival states anyone can hire a bike for 250 a day with helmets provided, when we went to hire one they stated it wasn’t for tourists who had never ridden one. Which we completely understand but they should state that as we would have looked elsewhere and done research rather than banking on our hostel providing them. The man at reception mainly was quite rude about it and said we were on holiday and will break a leg ect. Anyway, the man next door at Serendipity hired us on and showed us how to use it.

Great location 3 min walk to the amazing Long beach. Close to the main street, where you'll find mini markets, more restaurants, massages and services. The bungalow is standard, with classic firm Thai beds. One small pool with a few sun beds, bar and massage services. The restaurant offers a good range of food, that are great value for little money. Highly recommend eating here. The staff is friendly and the relaxed atmosphere in the bar is very good. Great drinks, pool table, darts and friendly bartenders. The hotel also offers taxi services, day trips and cheap laundry. There is a sort of taxi stop next to the reception with tuktuks and cars. I have stayed here before, and hopefully I will again. Also a good place if you're travelling alone.
Some of the sunbeds are wooden, and quite hard to lie on. As with anywhere else, some guests reserves beds with towels, and don't show up for hours. Should be a 30 min-rule. There are few beds, and the pool is small, so the pool area can easily feel crowded. Especially with several children playing.
The power sockets in the bungalow were loose inside the socket, and difficult to use. Few sockets, and some too high to use for recharging phones and tablets.
The closet is small and the hangers are high. Would have preferred more furniture for leaving and storing clothes, such as more hangers and clothes racks. Difficult to keep a room tidy without. :)

Clean comfortable cottages
It’s advertised an a beach resort, but facility is over 150 yards from beach, with no loungers or un Brel las on beach. That was the biggest negative for me. It’s not a beach resort. It only has access to the beach. Next to public road with many tourists from across main road accessin beach
