Alles sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage zwischen Hautstraße und Strand.
Nichts, die Komunikation ist schwierig hat aber funktioniert.

The house is nice and the rooms are good. The owner and the reception lady are friendly. Quiet location with exactly 500 m to the beach. Each room has a balcony or a terrace with a 2 chairs and a table. Wifi was ok.
I had to reduce some points from the rating and I would like to explain why.
2 points less because it is overpriced. In other resort with a similar price I got a lot of things which had been missing here: possibility to pay by card or online; English speaking reception; silent aircon; pool, complementary breakfast.
1 point less because I got their worst room. Even I stayed for a long time, they gave me the only room without any privacy. Everybody who comes to the resort had to look into my room and on my terrace.
1 point less because there was too much wild life in my room. Plenty of flying insects in the air and some black worms on the floor.
