Tutto, dalla stanza, alla accoglienza, allo staff, in particolare ho trovato molto professionale e carina una ragazza bionda, membro dello staff lato bar e colazione, nel quale è sempre stata disponibile e cordiale, oltre che di bell'aspetto.
Nulla da segnalare, forse magari qualche gioco in scatola per la sera per chi rimane nel salotto a passare il tempo, magari durante un temporale

Beautiful surroundings, the hotel was clean and new. Breakfast was ok. Our dog was very welcome, and the hotel is very close to the best restaurant in de area, Alpage. The toiletries were very nice with a lovely scent.
We booked last minute the last available room and were looking forward to a relaxing night away. But things got off to a rather difficult start on arrival. We had to hand over our passports, fotocopies were even made, in my opinion just registering pp numbers is enough and there were various declarations in tiny unreadable letters to sign.
I had only my driving license with me, which resulted in a lot of extra fuss and sighing. We were given a list of rules and dont's rather than a warm welcome. We also had to decide on the spot whether we wanted to eat in the restaurant that evening, otherwise there would be no table available. Not very inviting.
Alongside the bureaucratic start and the impractical and confusing rules, we often found the staff’s communication rather distant than hospitable. There was absolutely no sense of small, natural gestures of hospitality: no offering to bring an ashtray, no thinking along about a suitable place to sit and smoke, not even a little snack with a €12 drink. There was simply a lack of natural intrinsic friendliness. The chambermaid I met in the lift was the only friendly person with a genuinely smile.
The spa looked well maintained, but the atmosphere was uncomfortable, as several couples were behaving very intimately without any intervention from staff. What also really struck me was that there were three grab rails in the bathroom of our room, but hardly any handrails anywhere else in the hotel. No handrails on the stairs, none in the spa, getting in and out of the pool felt very unsafe, with the slippery floors.
Overall, the accommodation was lacking in hospitality. There were positive aspects, but for us the experience was mainly defined by rules and excessive communication, such as a sign saying 'tomatoes' with a bowl of tomatoes, procedures, and overall lack of attention for the individual guest.
We summed it up as playing hotel without actually wanting to be one.
