Perfect location for those who love quietness and nature. You are close to all the attractions and the town, but you can rest in a very peaceful manner.
Good breakfast and really nice staff.
Perfect room design and quality of everything.
Shuttle bus to the town whenever you need it.
Small note - quite chilly in the spa zone and chemical smell too strong.

The spa is lovely, and hotel facilities were good with ski hire and lockers etc. Shuttle runs from 8-10:30pm which is good but there are only two so sometimes you have to wait up to 20 minutes.
Unfortunately reception staff / quality of service let's this hotel down and for me, prevented it from feeling 5*.While we were there, there were strong winds and a lot of lifts were closed. Messaging from reception staff was inconsistent and disjointed. One told us there would be a shuttle down to Valtournenche but the next morning we were told there wouldn't. One group were told all lifts were closed, we were told they weren't.
In terms of other service it wasn't up to 5* standards; asking for things to be sent to the room that didn't arrive, trying to get hold of a bottle opener I had to ask 3 staff and was eventually told to take my bottle to the bar from my room as they wouldn't lend me one.
The shuttle was great and appreciated but again, communication was poor. On trying to get out in time for dinner we were told the shuttle was busy with another group and reception didn't know how long we'd have to wait. Just felt like some walkie talkies or whatssap with the drivers could provide a much better service to guests.
