The location was excellent
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Lovely comfortable rooms
Great breakfast.
We had 2 bar meals and the service was slow. We were however a large party.

We booked dinner at the Japanese steak restaurant and that was a bit of a disappointment

Excellent location, facilities and staff. The Spa was amazing, especially the outdoor part. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
The restaurant the Summit was good but maybe a bit overpriced and the atmosphere, sitting in the same local as the breakfast, felt more like a school restaurant than a fancy restaurant. I preferred the local restaurants in Champoluc and Frachey.
