The rooms are very clean and neat. They have a very friendly staff. Beautiful location for the beach. Again the staff was excellent!
The towel experience was a bit ridiculous. One worker would not let us get fresh towels for the next day, even though we had done that every day. We like to go down to the beach very early by 7:00 am and the towel place doesn't open until later.

We actually never ate a breakfast. However lunch and dinners were incredible!!
The only complain we had was the spring break crowd. Next time we won't come at that time. There was quite a bit of lounge chair boarding

The food was good. The staff were nice.
Not a good hotel for children. 3 outdoor hot tubs are adult only. Only one swimming pool for children, that closed for a full day while we were there so the children had nowhere to swim. The hotel gave no other options. The kids club was not good either and the ocean is not child safe either.
