The ambience is good, close to River Kwai. Surrounded by nature. Very relaxed.
Food was not bad but could be better. But it’s not a big deal.

Beautiful gardens with mature healthy trees, lovely pool, fun to feed the rabbits with young kids. The view over the river was delightful.
It was away from the town so a little removed from the action. The rooms could do with a bit of a spruce up. Pool cloudy some days.

Large hotel
Pool was very very dirty
Very under stuffed and not helpful (didn’t want to help with reservation to restaurant) not very friendly, didn’t allow more towels for showers
The worst hospitality we had in Thailand and the accommodation very old
Room service end at 21:30 which is too early
