Sadece housekeeping çok iyiydi.
Yemek çeşidi çok ama lezzetli değildi, bizim kaldığımız 5.tui oteli oldu, içlerinden en memnun kalmadığımız oteldi. Pasta ve tatlı çeşitleri yetersiz, misafir karşılamaya çok şaşırdım, çünkü kimse karşılamadı, kısaca bizi çok mutlu etmedi bu oteli seçimimiz.

Questo hotel per noi è stato top. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Pulizia ottima, staff disponibile, cucina più che ottima e varia. La camera spaziosa e ben insonorizzata. Atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Per noi esperienza al di sopra di ogni aspettativa.

Très bel hôtel 5 étoiles, moderne, agréable et surtout très propre. Les chambres sont très bien et le personnel est vraiment gentil, accueillant et serviable. Le all inclusive est également appréciable : il y a toujours quelque chose à manger et le choix est plutôt varié. Gros point positif pour la plage, où il y a un restaurant inclus dans la formule avec un service à la carte et plusieurs plats au choix, ce qui est vraiment agréable.
Salih l’animateur est très drôle et c’est le seul qui met de l’ambiance
Le gros problème concerne les transats autour de la piscine : il n’y en a clairement pas assez par rapport au nombre de clients. Dès 8h30, il est quasiment impossible d’en trouver un de disponible.
Autre grosse déception : l’ambiance. Il n’y a pratiquement aucune animation et très peu, voire pas de musique autour de la piscine. On entend davantage la musique des hôtels voisins que celle de notre propre hôtel ! L’ambiance est donc extrêmement calme, presque comme dans un EHPAD, ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel all inclusive 5 étoiles où l’on s’attend à un minimum d’animation et d’ambiance pendant les vacances.
Sinon ça reste un très belle hôtel
