Tot resortul este foarte bine îngrijit, facilitățile sunt uimitoare. Personalul foarte amabil, profestionisti in adevaratul sens al cuvantului. Camerele in cladirea principala sunt foarte confortabile, curatenia exemplara.
Mancarea a fost foarte gustoasa, proaspata, diversificata, prajiturile foarte bune. Bauturile foarte bune,
Sezlonguri disponibile la orice ora in tot resortul, la plaja deasemenea. Plaja senzationala, cel mai frumos amenajata de pe toata sectiunea plajei Kumkoy.

Paharele de plastic de la barurile de la piscine și plaja s-au matuit tare, acesta fiind primul impact si imagine pe care le-am avut la sosire. Fiind imitație de pahar sticlă si au fost utilizate foarte mult timp acestea par extrem de uzate și au aspect de murdar , chiar strica imaginea hoteluilui.
Si al doilea minus prosoapele de plaja sunt decolorate, subtiri si in totala neconcordanta cu acest minunat resort.

Well rounded resort.
Contains most entertainment you would expect in a typical resort.
Everything was clean.
The beach was huge and spacious.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Not a place for group of young friends; demographic is nearly entirely old couples and families with small children. I believe we were the only friend group in the resort during our stay.
Building can feel a bit old but still decent for the price tag.
Sometimes it felt like the facilities were there just to check off booking website checklists; quantity of facilities were prioritized over quality of facilities.

The beach only.
I stayed in a villa and paid almost 5000 Euros per week. The bathrooms smell is horrible, the main suite Air Conditioning is horrible and I asked the technicians twice to fix it and none of them did fix it. The last two nights, my wife and I, slept in the living room because it was too hot to sleep in the main room upstairs..I reported all of that and nothing got fixed for a whole week and nothing was deducted from the bill upon leaving and not even a sincere apology from the receptionist when we were leaving. This is extremely not acceptable and I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or associates.
