Kellemesen éreztük magunkat a szállodában töltött egy hét során. A szobánk mindenben megfelelő volt, Ümmühan asszony pedig kiváló munkát végzett a takarítás terén. Nagyon jó volt, hogy a törölközőket minden nap cserélik. Külön jól estek az üdvözlő ajándékok.
Az ételek finomak voltak, az italokkal se volt gond, bár néhány koktél gyenge minőségű volt. Igazából inkább csak a kávé és a sütemények minőségét találtuk nem kielégítőnek. A kávézási lehetőségek terén jó lenne, hogy frissen főzött barista kávét is lehetne kérni, vagy legalábbis az automata gépek finomabb italokat készítenének. Ezen apróbb hiányosságok azonban nem csorbítják az összességében elégedett véleményemet. A medencék tisztasága, a csúszdázás, a masszázs, az olasz a la carte étterem, a nappali és esti szórakozási lehetőségek mind nagyon jó élményt nyújtottak. Adem és a többi animátor is kedves volt.
Az adults only koncepció és a szálloda nyugodt légköre egy igazán pihentető kikapcsolódást adott, köszönjük szépen.
Igazából inkább csak a kávé és a sütemények minőségét találtuk nem kielégítőnek.

Всичко ни хареса. Храната беше много вкусна. Всички от персонала бяха много усмихнати и мили. Имаше и тенис корт, което беше супер!

First of all, regarding customer relations, I want to thank Aylin for her warmth, sincerity, and attentiveness.
The animation team was ideal for me. Thanks to Müni, who led the morning gym sessions and water sports.
The hotel’s food was beyond excellent and felt truly special. The Italian à la carte dishes were incredibly good. Many thanks to the Italian chef, and Dilek, who served us, was great too.
The fish restaurant was also very good, especially the atmosphere, which was absolutely wonderful. Cihan, who served there, was excellent as well.
The rooms were spotless, everything was well-maintained, and the whole place looked beautiful.
This is a calm and peaceful hotel with a relaxed, mature atmosphere. There are no loud parties or high-energy entertainment. This was exactly what I was looking for and ideal for anyone seeking a quiet, restful holiday.
Overall, I want to thank everyone on the entire team. I have never seen such a happy, hard-working team before. Because the hotel values its staff so highly, the employees are happy, and this has an incredibly positive effect on the guests. For this, many thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Melik, and his whole team. Well done to all of you!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was delicious with a lot of variety every day. All the staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back again. It was a very nice experience for us.
Special thanks to Mrs. Aylin from Guest Relations, she was very kind and professional. Also, Ms. Elif was very kind and helpful during our stay. Mr. Ibo was also extremely friendly and welcoming.
A special appreciation as well to the General Manager, Mr. Melik, who was very welcoming, helpful, and always asking if we needed anything else during our stay. He is truly a great manager.
