The location is only 30min walk or a 10min bike ride to Old Kos and main area. The people were lovely and the room was clean and a good size for the 4 of us. Will stay again.

The location is good, not in the city center, but not too far, just a 7min drive. The breakfast was just ok, could have been better. The room is big, if that's what you're after. The pool was actually really good.
The installations are so dated, honestly, the AC in the room was from like a decade ago, a bit noisy, and took a while to cool down the room. The toilet, bed, mattress, furniture, everything was sadly a bit old, so a bit of an upgrade would make far better impressions, especially since probably 95% of the visitors are on holidays. The shower was chaotic, the hair dryer was super old, and the beds were not comfy at all. The pool closes at 18hs, max at 19hs, so that's a bit of a bummer since we wanted to get it at that time after returning from a beach.
