Lovely staff, nice spacious apartment with lovely balcony, great AC. Good location, lovely walk less than 10 mins to main center. Pool was lovely and not crowded at all, music by the pool was 10/10. Offered us to leave our bags after checkout.
Shower head didn’t stay up so had to hold shower head yourself, shower water also went all over bathroom floor, there is a drain on bathroom floor but still need to mop it up with a towel

The location is very good. Walking distance to old city and more lively centre with a lot of restaurants and bars, situated by the beach and easy to go for run/walk along the beach boulevard.
Didn't swim in the pool but pool area was nice.
Bed was good and the water pressure on shower was really good. The WiFi worked well.
I stayed in sea view penthouse and got a bottle of wine when arrived which was a very nice gesture!
The furniture and kitchen could be updated. Also the kitchenware were pretty outdated. Definitely full-lenghth mirror is much needed in the room.

The location is great - beautiful sea view, 10 minute walk to town, restaurants and supermarkets all close by.
Cleaninh staff and bar staff were welcoming and friendly, especially to our children.
Air con made sleeping much more comfortable.
The apartment had everything we needed, including soaps and dishwashing liquid and was a good size.
Pools were warm and a good variety so that our children could play safely.
Check in was stressful. We arrived at 10pm to find the office closed lights off, nobody around. Signage directed us to knock on a man's apartment door in an emergency. The man then helped to get in contact with the owner/manager and was then able to give us the key and take us to our apartment. We were told that there was a mix-up.
For the price, I'd expect the rooms and general facilities to be much cleaner. Sheets were folded daily, towels and bins changed, but the room itself was not the cleanest. The bathroom door was particularly grim.
The pool area, expectially the drainage around the pool edge, had lots of plastic in it.
I'm not sure what chemicals were in the water, but all of our swimming clothes and towels have turned a yellow/green.
There are many broken tiles, particularly around the child pool. My son cut 3 of his toes on different tiles throughout our stay.
