Very convenient location, close to the city centre and the beach. The area itself is beautiful and picturesque. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay.
We found it to be a pleasant and practical place to stay.
The main downside is the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. The bedroom is tiny, and when it is hot outside, it becomes extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. There is a fan in the bedroom, but unfortunately it does very little to help with the heat.

Location is perfect, away from the noise but close to everything. Specially the access to the beach.
The property needs some TLC, wholes in the ceiling need to be repair. The AC in the living area cannot keep up with the whole apartment. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms did not help. We finished sleeping in the living room area. Bathroom walls around the shower show mold. Needs a deep cleaning.

Myself and 4 friends went on holiday. The size was perfect and it was comfortable.
Some more cutlery might have been needed and the TV was a bit slow but they are minor issues that were not a problem.
