Staff was super friendly.
Only minus was that there were no warm water in the shower.

I messed up my checkout time by two hours, and instead of charging me or making me feel worse, the owner apologized for moving my luggage downstairs, offered me a shower (I was soaked from running back 1,5km to the hotel after I realized it was check-out day), and even offered to call a taxi. The room was great like previous times, but the humanity I was shown here is what makes this place special. Highly recommend!

The property was super cute and in a great location for the Archeological Museum and Varna Beach. This is the place to go if you are US or English speaking as the owner is fluent and so helpful. The lunch and breakfast is good!

Drago and plamena, neli and the rest of the stuff were so kind, so nice, very hospital.
Felt as if I was hosted by family.
Will definitely come back there in the future when visiting varna.
If you are into more private family business etc thats the place.
I have enjoyed every single moment in this place.

Sometimes there could be some language barriers, not a problem for me, spacialy, when I feel like they did try their best even when it was not easy.
Small fixes could be taken around the room but all in all I'm very happy.
