Great location right in the centre no traffic which was good, very clean with good housekeeping daily. Breakfast was adequate and prepared when ordered

Location is good staff some of them are ok when asked to get information no answer but overall they are nice
Value for money also breakfast I asked I need 2 boil eggs only for breakfast and they said 9 uro I left and during check out they said you have to pay for 2 days breakfast and told them I did not get breakfast in your hotel so that room card iam leaving

The hotel was conveniently located & competitively priced hotel. The staff were just lovely & very helpful. Everything was within walking distance, including the beach, tourist sights, restaurants, cafes & access to the beautiful Black Sea.
My only comment would be our bed. It was situated up against the wall which meant I had to climb past my husband to get out.

Clean and great situation.
Hotel is OK, rooms are clean but there is an awkward service.
The hairdryer was not working and the receptionist said that hairdryers are not for hairstyling and the people with long hair are damaging the hairdryers and that she cannot open a hairdryer factory in the hotel…..she gave me one of course but the speech was ridiculous. Looks like people with long hair are not welcomed….
We were with guests from Canada who left early in the morning. At the checkout the same person told me that they have broken the toilet seat and that I have to pay 100 leva. I refused and she said she can call the police to solve the problem. I told her that the plastic toilet seats are quite old and bound to break and the hotel cannot charge its clients to change their used stuff. At the end she calmed down but what a weird attitude. We asked our guests and they said the toilet seat was loose and moving in all directions.
Another thing. When I was looking for three double rooms Booking suggested an apartment for four people. I reserved it without looking at the pictures. The apartment is very nice but the two double beds are in the same room which is a bit awkward. The space is enormous, it could be arranged in a way with more privacy.
We will not use this hotel again.
