Everything was as described on the website. The room had a small refrigerator and air conditioning, and everything worked well. The location is good, not far from the train station, with plenty of cafés, a market, shops, and public transport stops nearby.
There is no breakfast at the hotel, but you can have breakfast at a café or buy food at a supermarket nearby.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived several hours before the official check-in time, and they kindly let us check into our room early.

The locations proximity to trainstation Genova Brignole is great! And that was it…
The personal was stand offish. They spoke only little English which not helped communication. The beds are really old and hard as a rock. The rooms are small and really old. And the worst was the smell that comes out of the bidet when somebody in the building flushed the toilet. It was so so bad.
