The staff were friendly and welcoming. Although not everyone spoke English fluently, we were still able to communicate effectively and understand each other without any major difficulties.
The hotel is located about 100 meters from the beach. However, the beach is not free to use. Guests are not allowed to lay down a towel or stay on the beach without paying the entrance fee and renting sunbeds. I was disappointed that this was not clearly mentioned in the hotel description, as I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known.The hotel did provide a 10% discount voucher, but it was only valid for 2 beaches, while there were around 73 paid beaches in the area. They also offered free bicycle rentals, which allowed guests to reach a small public beach about 2 km away.Unfortunately, the dining area was not very clean. At breakfast, we were often seated in a small and crowded room where the air quality was poor. Food was not replenished regularly when it ran out. Some items appeared to stay out for several days. For example, the cereal looked stale, the same honeycomb was left out for three days and was almost completely consumed, and Corn-based snack crackers were served one day after their expiration date.I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the tables and utensils. Staff often cleared crumbs by hand or with a used cloth, and sometimes the tables were not cleaned at all. Tablecloths were occasionally stained, and the cutlery did not always appear properly clean. Overall, the hygiene standards in the dining area were below my expectations. I also booked and paid for a sea-view room, but the view was significantly obstructed by trees. As a result, the sea was only partially visible, which was disappointing given the additional cost of the room.

Ottima posizione, comodo il parcheggio privato per 10€ al giorno ben spesi, ottima pulizia, colazione ottima ed abbondante e personale cordiale e gentile.

La struttura richiederebbe un ammodernamento, soprattutto per quanto riguarda serramenti e climatizzazione. Il climatizzatore anche con velocità al minimo ti faceva arrivar l’aria fredda in viso, ma appena lo spegnevi, sauna in meno di 30 minuti: i serramenti erano scarsi non solo dal punto di vista del clima ma anche dell’acustica: al terzo piano si sentivano i discorsi di quelli in strada.
Non abbiam dormito per niente bene.
