The place is great, but the man who was working as a waiter and receptionist (two in one) when we arrived was very arrogant. The food we ordered at the restaurant for dinner was mediocre, and worst of all, cold. We had to ask for it to be heated up.

Beautiful surroundings, highly recommending. Close by car to different attractions. On spot there is outside grill.
Small choice of vegetarian dishes. Otherwise we would spend more days at this place.

Beautiful location in the mountains with exceptional view. Unfortunately the weather was bad but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
The overall impression feels like they don’t really take care of this property. It’s nothing like in the pictures - the breakfast was served like in a hostel, the waitress at the dinner was extremely slow since she was alone for the entire restaurant that was full. We had to remind her several times what we ordered.
Very few dinner options - I ordered fried cheese with fries and it was like pre made meal from a supermarket even though fried cheese is a very simple dish.
Rooms are of a basic standard (more of a hostel standard, paper doors) poor sound proof - we could hear other people showering or talking in the corridor. Mattress too soft that I woke up with backache.
