Great location and rooms, we enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, fans were provided.
Lack of a kettle in the room vs going downstairs to get hot water/tea is something we did not see before. While it worked int the end, I think it is not the greatest set up, considering the rooms are over multiple floors and there is only one lift that can hold up to 2 people.

We've chosen this hotel as it has got a prime location - great local transport links and everything you need is basically a few steps away. The room was spacious and airy, very clean and the décor was pretty. Bed was very comfortable, made every day, linen was fresh and crisp and the bathroom was absolutely spotless. Ladies in the staff were lovely and chatty!
The shower in our bathroom was not secured to the wall and very wobbly - every shift while taking a shower made the whole cabin tilt. We're unsure if this could've been the reason for the water to seep out from the bottom of the shower each time making us to use one of our towels to soak up the spill. There was no safe box in the room and the complimentary shower gel packets were not big enough for even one whole wash.

Location was very good.
Bed was very short, very soft and felt like you were laying on a set of springs. Furthermore the shower head was not sealed correctly which meant it sprayed water over the shower cabin which meant a big puddle around the shower cabin every time.
