The staff were warm friendly and welcoming, I had a particularly flat pillow which I struggled with the first night. When I asked the lady if I could have another due to a shoulder injury she immediately got me one.
I like the fact that no alcohol is allowed to be brought in and there are strict rules of quiet times etc in the dorms. That really helps. I was lucky enough to meet some lovely women in my dorm this weekend.
To be fair other than having a slightly small common area (and that is only if I had to put anything)
